Hey everybody! Balancing work/ life is a bit of a juggling act for me, as I'm sure it is for you too. So I want to share my stress relief methods. First of all get lots of sleep, next excercise (primarily I do yoga, and walking right now, but am a lot more active in the summer months). when I'm really stressed I, go for a drive by myself with my favourite music blaring. That always makes me feel better after.
Work/ Life Balance
Well For me there is not to much time for balance i work full time as well as school. So when i have the time i go running or i go to the gym i find that is a huge outlet for me. I also spend alotoftime with my friends.

I am a promoter for Boodang music Canada and i have a share in a business. I like to play video games and hang out with friends.
Balanacing Work and Home Life
I like to go to the gym and play squash. I find it is a good way to releive stress. I also like shooting, its my main hobby and a way of just getting out of the house.
